致敬百年,引领将来

-------砥砺前行的舟山中学

  1921年(nian),舟(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)山(shan)(shan)籍上海商(shang)界魁首(shou)、爱国实业家刘鸿生,旅沪商(shang)绅朱葆三等(deng)(deng)配合规画,在定(ding)海镇鳌山(shan)(shan)下创(chuang)办定(ding)海公学(xue),一所(suo)享(xiang)(xiang)誉百年(nian)的(de)黉舍(she)今后降生,一所(suo)人材摇(yao)篮(lan)初具雏形。今后,舟(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)隐士(shi)具备了(le)本身(shen)真实的(de)中(zhong)学(xue),起头誊写本身(shen)的(de)教导诗篇,成绩了(le)本身(shen)的(de)教导神话。黄炎培(pei)、陶行知、陈鹤琴等(deng)(deng)教导大师为(wei)黉舍(she)经营蓝图,曹馥(fu)山(shan)(shan)、方(fang)同源、穆丰年(nian)等(deng)(deng)着名(ming)(ming)传授则(ze)耕(geng)作(zuo)舟(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)中(zhong),“奥运之(zhi)父”王(wang)正廷(ting)为(wei)校刊(kan)(kan)做序题跋,张骞、蔡元培(pei)、于右(you)任(ren)等(deng)(deng)民国名(ming)(ming)流为(wei)之(zhi)题写刊(kan)(kan)名(ming)(ming)。百年(nian)已逝,但任(ren)光阴(yin)若何飞逝,不(bu)变的(de)是(shi)舟(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)中(zhong)人的(de)精力(li)与情(qing)怀(huai),传承(cheng)的(de)是(shi)舟(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)中(zhong)的(de)百年(nian)文脉。回(hui)首(shou)百年(nian)沧桑,舟(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)中(zhong)人在时候的(de)长河中(zhong)打捞(lao)属于本身(shen)光阴(yin)及(ji)影象,品鉴着曩昔,歆享(xiang)(xiang)着此刻(ke),追(zhui)梦(meng)着将来。

饱经风雨而葱茏,历经锻淬而生辉

  历经百(bai)年(nian)沧桑,黉(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)(she)(she)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)办(ban)(ban)学(xue)(xue)(xue)汗(han)青走过多少风雨,多少曲折,校名(ming)也(ye)跟着汗(han)青的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)沉浮而不时变更。变化(hua)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)校名(ming)如(ru)同(tong)性命(ming)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一个个印记,让不着边(bian)际舟(zhou)(zhou)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)人铭刻。1921年(nian),舟(zhou)(zhou)山第一个古(gu)代(dai)教(jiao)导中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)等黉(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)(she)(she)创(chuang)办(ban)(ban),命(ming)名(ming)为(wei)(wei)(wei)“定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)海(hai)(hai)公学(xue)(xue)(xue)”,寄意为(wei)(wei)(wei)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)海(hai)(hai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)布衣(yi)公共(gong)后辈之(zhi)黉(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)(she)(she),设(she)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)(xue)、小(xiao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)两部。延至(zhi)1927年(nian),因(yin)高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)开办(ban)(ban),更名(ming)为(wei)(wei)(wei)“私立(li)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)海(hai)(hai)低级(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)(xue)”,到1934年(nian),黉(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)(she)(she)再(zai)(zai)次(ci)更名(ming)为(wei)(wei)(wei)“定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)海(hai)(hai)县私立(li)舟(zhou)(zhou)山低级(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)(xue)”。1939年(nian),日(ri)寇占(zhan)据定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)海(hai)(hai),黉(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)(she)(she)自愿迁往上(shang)(shang)海(hai)(hai),与上(shang)(shang)海(hai)(hai)、苏南、浙(zhe)西等地18所私立(li)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)(xue)联办(ban)(ban),并(bing)称为(wei)(wei)(wei)“上(shang)(shang)海(hai)(hai)市私立(li)华东(dong)(dong)结合(he)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)(xue)”。1942年(nian),又在舟(zhou)(zhou)山中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)(xue)旧址创(chuang)办(ban)(ban)“昌(chang)国(guo)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)(xue)”,持续(xu)传承舟(zhou)(zhou)山中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)(xue)不朽的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)文脉。抗日(ri)战(zhan)斗(dou)成功后,黉(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)(she)(she)再(zai)(zai)次(ci)更名(ming)为(wei)(wei)(wei)“定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)海(hai)(hai)县立(li)低级(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)(xue)”。新(xin)(xin)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)建(jian)立(li),为(wei)(wei)(wei)舟(zhou)(zhou)山中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)长供给了新(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)契机,1950年(nian),黉(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)(she)(she)生(sheng)长为(wei)(wei)(wei)完整中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)(xue),校名(ming)更名(ming)为(wei)(wei)(wei)“浙(zhe)江省定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)海(hai)(hai)县中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)(xue)”,1958年(nian)9月(yue)(yue),更名(ming)为(wei)(wei)(wei)“浙(zhe)江省舟(zhou)(zhou)山县第一中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)(xue)”,1960年(nian),黉(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)(she)(she)被(bei)(bei)列(lie)为(wei)(wei)(wei)全(quan)省16所重点(dian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)(xue)之(zhi)一。1962年(nian),黉(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)(she)(she)正(zheng)式(shi)命(ming)名(ming)为(wei)(wei)(wei)“浙(zhe)江省舟(zhou)(zhou)山中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)(xue)”,相沿至(zhi)今(jin)。1981年(nian)黉(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)(she)(she)被(bei)(bei)评为(wei)(wei)(wei)浙(zhe)江省首(shou)批18所重点(dian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)(xue)之(zhi)一,1996年(nian)被(bei)(bei)认定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)为(wei)(wei)(wei)浙(zhe)江省一级(ji)重点(dian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)(xue)。因(yin)古(gu)迹生(sheng)长,本(ben)来的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)办(ban)(ban)学(xue)(xue)(xue)空(kong)间已不能(neng)顺应新(xin)(xin)时期的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)导生(sheng)长请求。2012年(nian)3月(yue)(yue)黉(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)(she)(she)从定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)海(hai)(hai)昌(chang)国(guo)路5号(hao)迁至(zhi)新(xin)(xin)城定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)沈路285号(hao),一所古(gu)代(dai)化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)黉(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)(she)(she)耸峙于东(dong)(dong)海(hai)(hai)之(zhi)滨。新(xin)(xin)校区占(zhan)地236亩,修建(jian)面积6.77万平方米,校园(yuan)修建(jian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)西合(he)璧(bi),透视着灵气和(he)聪明(ming)(ming)。校园(yuan)情况美好高(gao)雅,举(ju)措(cuo)措(cuo)施功效齐备。此刻的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)舟(zhou)(zhou)山中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)(xue)已是一所具备书香气、人文性、生(sheng)态化(hua)、聪明(ming)(ming)型、佳(jia)构(gou)式(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)古(gu)代(dai)化(hua)黉(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)(she)(she)。2014年(nian)被(bei)(bei)确(que)以(yi)为(wei)(wei)(wei)浙(zhe)江省一级(ji)通俗高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)特点(dian)树(shu)模黉(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)(she)(she)。

承袭文化而不怠,铸就将来而不时

  黉(hong)舍(she)饱经(jing)风雨而越发(fa)葱茏,历经(jing)锻淬(cui)更熠(yi)熠(yi)生(sheng)辉,东海(hai)之(zhi)滨不(bu)老的(de)教导神话得(de)(de)益于(yu)“博爱”校训(xun)沿承,得(de)(de)益于(yu)“从严务实(shi)、开辟立(li)异”校风的(de)苦(ku)守,得(de)(de)益于(yu)“文(wen)理偏(pian)重、统(tong)筹拿手、面向(xiang)国际、多(duo)元拓展”办学理念的(de)掌控。由于(yu)只要文(wen)脉(mai)根(gen)底深挚,方有枝繁(fan)叶(ye)茂;只要文(wen)化博识(shi)有容,才(cai)有不(bu)世之(zhi)功。

  【校训】“博爱”是中西文化配合的精华。“博爱”是首任校长董景安师长教员在1927年离校时提出的训导之言,倡导“上课时取其严酷,散学后取自在”、“师长教员自动教导”。黉舍以“博爱”作为校训,既是汗青的见证,又是文化的表现,更是黉舍生生不时的能源和源泉,鼓励着一代又一代舟中人在教导的陆地中披荆斩棘,奋勇抢先。跟着时期脚步的不时进步,博爱的校训也随之生长丰硕,顺应着时期的乐律。基于今世社会对人材的综合素养的请求,“博爱”的内涵已扩大为“博学”、“博才”、“博识”,兼具“社会之爱”与“天然之爱”。“博学”首要指博识的学科根本常识,并开端突破文理学科的常识边界。“博才”首要指以思惟力、立异力、带领力为焦点的各种根基能力。“博识”首要指以健全的心思特点、准确的代价观、环球化视线为焦点的看法认识。“社会之爱”首要指爱本身、爱别人、爱国度为焦点的根基感情。“天然之爱”首要指人与天然协调相处的根基感情。“博学”“博才”“博识”三者慢慢递进又彼此容纳;“社会之爱”“天然之爱”彼此补充又彼此增进,是对“博爱”内涵的今世解读,成为我校培养方针的内核。

  【校风】从严务实,开辟立异 。“从严务实”是黉舍的良好传统,既稀释了黉舍办学、治学、汗青经历,又对师生言前进行了鞭笞。黉舍以“严”为导向,强化轨制办理,完成松散办学。教员则遵守教导讲授纪律,松散治学。师长教员则严酷请求本身,脚结壮地求真知,做真人。立异是黉舍生长的不竭能源,黉舍以立异的理念为指导,以开辟的锐气求生长,晋升焦点合作力,建立特点品牌,成绩教导之功。

  【教风】严爱融教,笃实敬业。教员将严酷与博爱无机地融在教导讲授中。爱是“严”的动身点和归宿,严是“爱”的渗入和折射。教员做到严而无方勤育人,严而有度规其行,严而有恒出高徒。教员承传孔子“博爱众,而亲仁”的思惟,对师长教员以爱动其情,至心庇护心灵;教员要勤于笃实,构成结壮当真的讲授气概,切身理论的干事立场,扎结壮实,一步一个足迹。教员以敬业为指导,富有对教导古迹的热忱和固执,富有对教书育野生作的专一和苦守。

  【学风】 诚笃尚礼,学思至精。师长教员为人肄业当以诚笃为根本,立品处世当尚礼为要法。诚笃是肄业立场,诚信结壮;尚礼是肄业内容,周全生长。学为基,师长教员自动进修,能力成绩常识的博识;思为升,师长教员长于思虑,能力发掘常识的深度。学而不思则罔,思而不学则殆,学思相融,方能到达进修的至精境地。

不辍耕作而无悔,采撷硕果而觉爽

  舟山(shan)(shan)中(zhong)学历经(jing)患难,几历演化,承(cheng)受了(le)汗青风雨的(de)浸礼,在舟山(shan)(shan)这片饱(bao)经(jing)沧桑(sang)的(de)地(di)盘上生(sheng)长、生(sheng)长、强大,培(pei)养出了(le)多量官场栋梁,商界(jie)精英(ying),学界(jie)肱骨。陈毅元帅在1949年11月与返国的(de)刘鸿生(sheng)师(shi)长教员会晤时(shi),称舟山(shan)(shan)中(zhong)学是“反动(dong)的(de)摇(yao)篮”,这既是对刘鸿生(sheng)师(shi)长教员为(wei)(wei)抗(kang)战(zhan)作(zuo)出的(de)功(gong)勋的(de)最(zui)中(zhong)肯而客观的(de)评估,也(ye)是对舟山(shan)(shan)中(zhong)学为(wei)(wei)抗(kang)战(zhan)和(he)新四军作(zuo)出的(de)进(jin)献的(de)由(you)衷赞美(mei)。

  “博爱”校训谱(pu)写了富(fu)丽(li)的(de)乐(le)章,多元(yuan)办学(xue)(xue)成绩(ji)了不朽的(de)传奇。规复高(gao)考后(hou),舟山(shan)中学(xue)(xue)办学(xue)(xue)事迹飞速生长(zhang),师长(zhang)教员素养(yang)稳步晋升。1990年(nian)(nian)(nian)稀有(you)据统(tong)计以(yi)来,舟山(shan)中学(xue)(xue)共有(you)4名同(tong)窗(chuang)(chuang)取得浙(zhe)江(jiang)省(sheng)高(gao)考状元(yuan),44名同(tong)窗(chuang)(chuang)高(gao)考绩(ji)绩(ji)位居省(sheng)前(qian)(qian)十(shi),182人(ren)被(bei)清华北大登科(ke)(ke)(ke),重点登科(ke)(ke)(ke)率(lv)不变在(zai)90%以(yi)上,居浙(zhe)江(jiang)省(sheng)同(tong)类黉舍前(qian)(qian)茅。仅就2001年(nian)(nian)(nian)以(yi)来,黉舍在(zai)天下数、理、化、生、信(xin)息(xi)手艺比赛(sai)(浙(zhe)江(jiang)赛(sai)区(qu))中获(huo)(huo)一(yi)、二等奖(jiang)的(de)有(you)350余人(ren)次(ci),在(zai)省(sheng)级(ji)及以(yi)上的(de)各种学(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)(ke)比赛(sai)中每一(yi)年(nian)(nian)(nian)获(huo)(huo)奖(jiang)150余人(ren)次(ci)。出(chu)格(ge)是2011届(jie),朱文(wen)(wen)静同(tong)窗(chuang)(chuang)获(huo)(huo)全省(sheng)文(wen)(wen)科(ke)(ke)(ke)状元(yuan),余乔(qiao)升同(tong)窗(chuang)(chuang)获(huo)(huo)全省(sheng)文(wen)(wen)科(ke)(ke)(ke)第三名,缔造(zao)了我校二十(shi)年(nian)(nian)(nian)来初次(ci)文(wen)(wen)文(wen)(wen)科(ke)(ke)(ke)同(tong)时(shi)进入全省(sheng)前(qian)(qian)五(wu)名的(de)佳绩(ji)。2017年(nian)(nian)(nian)首届(jie)新高(gao)考完成开门红,一(yi)段率(lv)到达95.19%,有(you)264名同(tong)窗(chuang)(chuang)被(bei)211大学(xue)(xue)登科(ke)(ke)(ke),157名同(tong)窗(chuang)(chuang)被(bei)985大学(xue)(xue)登科(ke)(ke)(ke),再次(ci)缔造(zao)了高(gao)考古迹。

  黉(hong)舍(she)重视师(shi)长(zhang)教员综(zong)合素养生(sheng)长(zhang),构建多(duo)元讲(jiang)授形式(shi),建立了“高品(pin)质(zhi)、树模性、有(you)特点、古代化的省内一流、天下著名黉(hong)舍(she)”久远办学方针,并(bing)正加速推动浙(zhe)江省古代化黉(hong)舍(she)建立。这一方针,既是舟(zhou)中(zhong)百年(nian)汗(han)青传承的内涵驱动的成果(guo),也是群岛新区逾(yu)越式(shi)生(sheng)长(zhang)的客观需要。愈(yu)来愈(yu)多(duo)“胸有(you)大气(qi),身有(you)邪气(qi),腹有(you)文气(qi),心有(you)灵气(qi)”的高本(ben)质(zhi)舟(zhou)中(zhong)人(ren)材(cai)从这里走(zou)向(xiang)远方。
